Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. As soon as we receive your order, our team starts working on getting it out the door and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

One-Time orders of Long Life Dog Water are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding!
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Our subscriptions are based off of bulk pricing and therefore cannot be refunded or canceled, except in special cases that will be reviewed at Long Life Dog Water’s discretion. In the special case that your subscription is canceled before the end of its term, there will be a $50 charge.
